Overview:
This course is suitable for all qualified gym instructors who want to gain the necessary practical and theoretical skills in order to provide suspension training in a gym or sports club. Course content includes planning a session, exercise and equipment selection, adapting programmes to meet clients' needs, demonstration of technically correct exercises, and providing clear and concise instructions.

Course Structure:
This will be delivered on a part-time basis - 1 day; 10am to 5pm; dates available in January and February 2017.
