Overview:
This course is suitable for all qualified gym instructors who want to gain the necessary practical and theoretical skills required to provide strength and conditioning sessions to their clients. Course content includes preparation and exercise selection, adaptation of programmes to clients' needs, correct technical demonstration, provision of feedback and instruction, and recording of training plans.

Course Structure:
This will be delivered on a part-time basis over 2 weekends in total; 11th-12th February and 4th-5th March; all course days run from 10am to 5pm.
