Overview:
This course is suitable for all qualified gym instructors who want to gain the necessary practical and theoretical skills in order to provide studio cycling sessions in a gym or sports club. Course content includes planning safe and effective studio cycling sessions, music selection, basic maintenance, demonstrations, pedaling techniques, correct posture and motivational skills.

Course Structure:
This will be delivered on a part-time basis - 1 day; 10am to 5pm; dates available in January and February 2017.
