ITEC Level 2 Award in KettleBell Training
Overview:
This course is suitable for all qualified gym instructors who want to gain the necessary practical and theoretical skills in order to provide KettleBell training sessions in a gym or sports club. Course content includes planning a session, equipment preparation, demonstration of technically correct exercises and lifts, and providing clear and concise explanations while monitoring safety, effectiveness and exercise intensity.

This will be delivered on a part-time basis - 1 day; 10am to 5pm; dates available in January and February 2017.
